GENERAL INFORMATION
This Privacy Policy ("Privacy policy") sets forth the basic rules and conditions governing the processing of personal data applicable to: the website increla.lt ("Website") visitors; Infomedia, UAB (“Data possessor” or "The Company") customers and/or potential customers; individuals who have interacted with the Company’s social media accounts; individuals who have consented to receive the Company’s marketing materials; candidates participating in the Company’s job recruitment processes.

CATEGORIES OF DATA SUBJECTS AND SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA
The company collects personal data regarding:
- individuals who intend to use or are using the Company’s services;
- individuals who agree to receive the Company’s marketing materials;
- individuals who have contacted the Company by email and/or telephone;
- Website visitors;
- users of social media who contact the Company through the Company’s social media accounts or actively engage with them;
- job applicants.
The company obtains personal data in two ways, namely when:
- you provide information about yourself;
- Data is obtained from third parties (e.g., Facebook, Inc., Google, Inc., and the Company from Facebook, Inc.).
HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In this section, you will find the following information:
- the categories of data we process;
- if we do not receive the data directly from you, information about the sources of such data;
- the purposes for which we process your data; and
- the legal basis for data processing.
Employment
For recruitment purposes, the Company collects and processes your resume and/or cover letter and (or) other information you provide during the selection process for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, based on your consent, which you express to the Company or the recruitment agency by submitting your resume. If you do not submit your resume and/or cover letter, the Company will not be able to assess your suitability for the position offered.
Once the recruitment process is complete, we undertake to delete and/or destroy your personal data within 5 business days after an employment contract is signed with the selected candidate.
Query Management
Our website provides several ways for you to contact the Company. We receive, review, and respond to all messages ourselves. If you contact us via email or the website, we will process the following data: your first name, last name, email address, and the text of the correspondence. If you contact the Company by phone, we will also process your phone number.
This information will be processed based on your consent in order to respond to your inquiries. If you do not provide your contact information, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry.
This data is retained for 4 years from the date of contact with the Company.
Contractual relationships
If you use the Company’s services, the Company processes the following personal data for the purposes of providing services, concluding and performing the contract: first name, last name, place of residence (address), phone number, email address, order date, date of service provision, information about the services ordered and the content of these services, VAT ID number, payment method and amount, payment date, and VAT invoice details (this data is mandatory for the purposes of concluding and performing the contract). This data processing operation is carried out on the basis of the contract when you order services from the Company.
Personal data will be processed for this purpose for the following periods: 10 years after the conclusion of the contract for data confirming the conclusion of the contract, information related to the conclusion of the contract, and documents confirming financial transactions; 4 years for other information.
Direct marketing
Direct marketing is conducted with respect to individuals who are at least 14 years of age and have given their consent. The Company will send offers regarding the provision of the Company’s services, newsletters, and other promotional materials; solicit feedback on the services provided; and communicate Company news and/or the procedures for providing services. For direct marketing purposes, the Company will process the following personal data: first name, last name, phone number, and email address.
In addition, if the Company has already provided and/or is providing services to you and you do not object, the Company will also inform you via email about other Company products that may be of interest to you, as well as information related to them, based on the Company’s legitimate interest. If you object to receiving direct marketing communications, please notify us within 5 business days via email at info@increla.lt from the date of signing the contract with the Company.
Your data will be used for direct marketing purposes for 2 years after we receive your consent, after which it will be deleted. If you are a customer of the Company who has not objected to receiving direct marketing communications, your personal data will be processed for direct marketing purposes for the duration of your contractual relationship with the Company and for two years after the termination of the contract.
However, you can opt out of receiving marketing messages at any time. Here’s how:
- by clicking the relevant link in any marketing message you receive;
- by contacting us via email at info@increla.lt.
Once you have completed any of the steps listed above, we will update your profile to ensure that you no longer receive marketing communications from the Company in the future. Opting out of marketing communications will not stop communications directly related to the provision of services to you.
SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
All information you provide to the Company via social media (including posts, “Like” and “Follow” actions, and other communications) is controlled by the social media platform operator.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?
We undertake not to disclose your personal data to any unrelated third parties, except in the following cases:

- The Company discloses your personal data to other service providers for the specific purpose of providing certain services, to the extent necessary to provide such services (for example, entities that provide and maintain servers, and email service providers). Upon receiving a request or instruction, the Company shall, no later than one month from the date of the request, provide a response and either take the actions specified in the request or refuse to do so. If necessary, this period may be extended by an additional two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. In such a case, the Company will inform you of such an extension within one month of receiving the request, along with the reasons for the delay.
